Some items are handmade, so products may vary slightly from photos. We currently use a variety of vendors, so sizing may vary from product to product! When available, as much information about each item is included in the product description or photos.
A little about me...
I am from a small town in the Midwest. Iowa, specifically. The Hawkeye State! The Opal Haus is something I have always wanted wanted to do. I am not formally trained in fashion, marketing, or business. But I have always had an appreciation for art, design, fashion, creativity, as well as all things shiny, pretty, quirky, unique, weird, and funny. I love to share items that I love myself, know my friends would like or and hope some others may appreciate too. I aim to carry a variety of products in different styles and sizes. We have your everyday items like leggings and tees, but also have some unique finds.
My education and background are in human services and psychology. I work for a non-profit, with families of infants and toddlers focusing on child development, and parent engagement and education.
I genuinely appreciate good customer service, it can be so hard to come by! I want every customer to be satisfied with the products received, as well as the experience on the website. I will do my best to provide accurate and detailed information about each product as it is available, so you are able to make informed purchases.
